What to expect
- Our registered Mobile Physiotherapist will come to the location of your choice and will bring all the essential equipment you would expect when visiting a clinic.
- The therapist will ask you questions to get to know you better to be able to best serve you. This would be a great time to express your ailments, discuss your challenges, share your previous medical history, any Doctors referral notes you might have including imaging and a list of your medication.
- The therapist will then complete a detailed objective assessment to better understand your ailments or challenges. This may include a joint assessment, gait analysis, falls risk, spine alignment, mobility assessment and more.
- The therapist will then start treatment to assist you in achieving your individualized goal. This may include soft tissue work, taping, acupuncture, joint mobilization techniques, and exercise therapy.
- Your therapist will then provide you with a treatment plan that indicates the frequency of sessions required, the estimated timeline to meet your goals, and home-based exercise program.
- Your therapist might then communicate with your Doctor, your family, or the person of your choosing to make sure we are providing the best form of treatment for you.
